Q: What does it cost?

A: Our platform is free to setup. For debit and credit payment we do charge 1.4% plus 71p service fee to your guests. This service is provided by Stripe. PayPal, Monzo and Bank Transfer is free. For UK/Europe Payment you will received the full cost of the gift.

Q: Why is 20p is missing from my gift item?

A: This happens when a payment has been made using a non UK/EU card and the card has costed an extra 20p to process.

Q: Can we accept Dollars?

A: At the moment we are only allowing GBP as the processing fees are too expensive for international card.

Q: How long do Credit and Debit cards take to appear in my account?

A: For UK accounts it takes approximately 7 days. And this can be tracked via stripe in your account. The timings are set by Stripe for fraud protection.

Q: I can’t see a Bank Transfer in my bank account?

A: These payments require the sender to manually make the transfer. We can’t track these payments but send detailed instructions to your guest how to make these payments. Please contact us if you need us to send them a reminder.

Q: I can’t see a Monzo payment in my bank account?

A: These payments require the sender to make the transfer via their Monzo account. We can’t track these payments but send detailed instructions to your guest how to make these payments. Please contact us if you need us to send them a reminder.

Q: I can’t see a PayPal Me payment in my account?

A: These payments require the sender to make the transfer via their PayPal account. We can’t track these payments but send detailed instructions to your guest how to make these payments. Please contact us if you need us to send them a reminder.

Q: Do you hold onto my money?

A: No. We never hold your money. For card/debit payments money is processed via Stripe, which handles millions of secure payments around the world. For other payment methods (Bank Transfer/ PayPal Me/ Monzo) we ask guest to make the transfer direct to you.
